It's All About The Voice!

If there's a finer interpretive singer than Price anywhere else on the planet right now, please let me know. As it is, the fact that this local treasure can be seen pretty much any week of the year, usually for free, is a better reason to be thankful you live in Memphis than anything else I can think of.

As a fellow native Memphian, I believe Di Anne is one of Memphis finest assets. She "can play anything from low-down blues to sophisticated jazz, and has a strong voice and commanding style. She also has comprehensive musical knowledge and will surprise those who don't think piano players in lounges can be complete musicians."(1) With her permission, I have developed this page so that others can know more about this friend that I love dearly. The Memphis press has been very flattering to Di Anne, and several articles are reproduced here. They so eloquently have captured her essence in print. I hope everyone that visits here enjoys my own little "shrine" to Di. Please drop us a note and let us know that you were here. Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks, Mark

P.S I LOVE YOU DI!
